Make a Contribution
The Illinois Education Foundation is a not-for-profit, charitable organization that depends on the generosity of individuals, foundations, and corporations to help us assist youth across the state of Illinois.
Donations under $300,000 are pooled into our Signature Scholarship Fund which exclusively finances scholarships for Illinois students enrolled in community colleges. These “Signature Scholarships” may be used for students on two types of educational tracks: those who want to earn an Associate’s degree or certificate before entering the workforce and those who intend to pursue an Associate’s degree and transfer directly into a Bachelor’s degree program at a public or private Illinois college or university.
Impact of Contributions
Contributions at any level will support the IEF in making a difference in the lives of students. If you donate:
$1 – $10,000: Know that your contibution has allowed one student to earn an Associate’s Degree.
$10,000 – $49,000: Know that your contribution has helped as many as five students earn Associate’s Degrees or two students earn four-year degrees.
$50,000 - $149,000: Know that your contribution has helped between two and six students attain a Bachelor’s Degree.
$150,000 - $299,000: Know that your contribution has helped between six and eleven students complete their postsecondary studies and enter the workforce.
Contributions over $300,000 allow you to customize a scholarship program.
